What will you do?

Process Plan Member Update Forms and extend Disability benefits

Help clients through the CPP/QPP Application process

Follow up with clients for part time earnings

Prepare and close LTD files that reach expiry

Review and update Power of Attorney/Authorization information

Address and EFT changes

Investigate returned mail

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Create an environment that promotes team member accountability and autonomy

Represent Sun Life professionally, internally and externally, and work well with partners and clients

Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements

Teamwork and collaboration

Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide.

Occasional over time is required during periods with high incoming volumes in order to meet client expectations

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
