Previous experience in applying the Australian Government Style Manual in the development of service artefacts, ensuring content is accessible and inclusive.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and synthesise information from a range of sources into plain language guidance that meets the needs of varied audiences, including service users (ie. Injured workers).
Demonstrated expert level written and verbal communication and liaison skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with employees and project teams.
