Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle confidential correspondence, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans
Handle high-level communications, presentations, and documentation
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Support with meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
