Position: Ecommerce Coordinator
Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL
Summary
The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for assisting and executing day-to-day activities for all GORUCK websites including GORUCK.com and GORUCK.eu. They will have a specific focus on website merchandising, including product page creation, catalog management & assisting to improve product presentation, navigation & cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. Our Ecommerce Coordinator is expected to have meticulous attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills while putting the brand of GORUCK at the forefront. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our gear and learning every detail of its functionality and product positioning.
What You’ll Do
• Create, Manage, & Maintain e-commerce product pages and collections on US and EU storefronts, including creating product page features (e.g., feature tabs/size charts/icons)
• Help execute promotions and sales (pricing updates, lead images, banners, etc.)
• Own, manage, and troubleshoot 80+ Shopify apps
• Utilize apps and website data to assist the eCommerce Manager in improving user experience
• Regularly update product pages to ensure accurate listings based on current and incoming inventory
• Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to ensure product page improvements and updates are implemented
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
• Tracking of inbound products to manage flow of new products onto the website
• Carefully follow existing protocol to maintain website compliance with all laws and regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a customer-centric individual, with a great sense of digital product performance, project management and communication skills, and with a strong technical understanding of Internet, Web and eCommerce technologies.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience managing digital products in Shopify
• Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment handling multiple product lines, projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer-focused, service-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strongly competent in eCommerce product planning
• Ability to see the end goal and have persistence and creativity to navigate complexity
