E-commerce Operations Executive is a key person in maintaining the correct product information on the company website as well as multiple other channels . He/she will be handling the role of eCommerce data management and product inventory management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Eagerness to learn and grow.

· At least 6 months of experience in Ecommerce operations - Special preference given to someone with fashion domain knowledge or interest.

· Good command over verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education:
Any Graduate with Computer Knowledge; Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Experience:

· E-commerce: at least 6 months specifically Product inventory Management, E-commerce order Fulfillment and Returns management.

·Education:

· Bachelor's (Preferred) with good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Creation of Product Data in excel for multi-channel product upload.
Helps in keeping the company's eCommerce website updated with the latest product descriptions, by adding/updating new products/ inventory and product categories, pricing, availability information, etc. ( Frequency every 2-3 days).
Daily Order Processing ( from different channels and co-ordinating with Shipment partners on pickups ) . Training will be given.

Inward stock quality checking , Product tagging. Barcoding.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Should have Clear and solid understanding of data entry in excel. Familiarity with working on Image transfer portals like dropbox.
Should be conversant at Microsoft Office.
Should be enthusiastic about the undertaken work and a quick learner.

Monday- Saturday Only. Weekends only on demand or during rush periods.

Traineeship: 3 months.
