Job Requirements:
Business Development Executive (BDE) - Edtech Marketing Team
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Additional certifications in marketing or sales may be a plus.
2. Prior Experience:
• Previous experience as a Business Development Executive in the Edtech industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Experience in marketing or sales roles related to educational products and services is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of the Edtech Industry:
• In-depth understanding of the Edtech sector, including knowledge of various educational products and services offered by Edtech companies.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the Edtech market.
4. Sales and Marketing Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in delivering persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to address them.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
• Ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
• Analytical skills to assess market trends, gather insights, and propose data-driven sales strategies.
6. Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Strong negotiation skills to handle pricing discussions and contract agreements.
• Experience in contract management and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Team Player:
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product launches.
8. Results-Driven:
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
