Your New Role
As the Education Content Designer, you will be Responsible for creating visual and instructional designs that contribute to effective, engaging and accessible learning experiences for Aware Super members. This role requires a blend of graphic and learning design expertise, with an understanding of educational methodologies to produce digital resources that are visually compelling and andragogically sound.
Education content created will align and support the delivery of the Education Value Stream Objectives of building member knowledge and confidence, and retention of members who become advocates of Aware.

You will bring your passion, energy, tenacity and enthusiasm to this role and be proactive, positive and professional with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines. You will be able to demonstrates a genuine care for members by ensuring consideration of their needs through the design of education content. In addition, you will:
Be excited about being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple;
Have a strong understanding of digital of design principles, techniques and standards to create visually appealing and effective designs;
Have relevant experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant design software. HTML skills are highly regarded;
Be proficient and have demonstrated experience of creative storytelling through learning and visual design treatments;
Have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and online andragogy;
Bring a strong understanding of digital of design principles, techniques and standards to create visually appealing and effective designs;
Be an excellent communicator with a good eye for detail and a keen sense of timing and visual composition;
Have proven ability to build and maintain partnerships and collaborative relationships with strong interpersonal skills to work with various teams; and
Be balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
