Job Role & Responsibilities
Production – Operator (Injectables)
Production Operators will support sterile injectable manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Operating filling lines, vial washing machines, autoclaves, and skid systems
• Executing batch manufacturing activities and maintaining QMS documentation
• Performing leak tests and aseptic filling operations
• Handling isolator and VHP-based filling areas
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and aseptic practices
Engineering – Executive / Officer / Technician / Apprentice
Engineering professionals will manage plant utilities and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment
• Utility operations and documentation
• Electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation maintenance
• Supporting qualification, validation, and audit activities
Quality Control – Executive / Officer
QC professionals will handle analytical testing and quality evaluation.
Responsibilities include:
• Operation of analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC
• Analysis of finished products and in-process samples
• Working within GLP, LIMS, and QMS environments
• Exposure to ICP-OES, ICP-MS, LC-MS/HRMS, auto titrators, particle size analyzers, and zetasizers
• Supporting investigations and regulatory audits
Packing – Officer / Operator / Apprentice
Packing professionals will manage packaging and inspection activities.
Responsibilities include:
• Operating labeling machines and packing equipment
• Handling track and trace systems and visual inspection processes
• Maintaining packing documentation and compliance records
Warehouse – Executive / Officer
Warehouse professionals will manage material handling and inventory control.
Responsibilities include:
• Handling RM, PM, FG, and dispensing activities
• Planning receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Working on SAP systems and warehouse QMS

Experience Requirement
• Production: 1–7 years
• Engineering: 0–8 years
• Quality Control: 1–7 years
• Packing: 0–7 years
• Warehouse: 3–9 years
Candidates with experience in injectable manufacturing and regulated pharma plants will be preferred.
