We have an exciting opportunity for an experience people leader with a strong understanding Employment legislation join our team. This is a new role due to expansion in which you will have the opportunity to balance both your technical employment relations knowledge with business operations.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Consultancy, you will lead the charge to ensure we are consistently meeting and exceeding our operational service levels. With 3 direct reports and approximately 40 indirect reports, we see this vertical of our business expanding rapidly.

In this unique role, you'll:
Drive, Delight and Deliver: You will work closely with your management team to ensure the broader team “deliver exceptional service during every interaction”. This includes a focus on ensuring department performance deliverables are consistently achieved.
Knowledge sharer: You will be a trusted partner to our teams, constantly seeking ways to optimise our service levels, review and deliver training programs and ensure both our business and client risk is mitigated.
Problem Solver: You will scan the environment looking for ways to improve service delivery and embed data driven reasoned solutions to improve our client's experience.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
People Management experience managing multiple direct reports inspiring people to achieve positive outcomes.
Extensive experience interpreting Employment Legislation including Case Law, Modern Awards and Fair Work act
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
Formal qualifications in Law or IR / ER is essential
