What we’re looking for

Current AHPRA registration.
Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C.
Aged Care / Community experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
A passion for client-centred care.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
A valid full Australian driver’s licence.

Educate and empower clients and carers to make informed decisions.
Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care.
