The Digital Collaboration Director will oversee the enterprise collaboration applications within the Global organization. This high-profile role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of collaboration technologies, data analytics, and AI, exceptional product management acumen, and a proven track record of delivering and operating large-scale digital solutions. This role involves partnering with product and channel leaders across the organization, as well as business, risk, and privacy leaders, to design, develop, and support enterprise-wide solutions using Microsoft technologies, GenAI, and the Agile SDLC. The successful candidate will manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Develop and execute a strategic vision for enterprise collaboration applications initiatives, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure alignment and support for collaboration and data initiatives.
Product Management
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for collaboration tools and productivity platforms, from ideation to deployment and beyond.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs, user feedback, market trends, and data insights.
Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools and GenAI capabilities with existing systems and workflows.
Delivery and Operations
Manage the delivery of collaboration solutions projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Implement robust operational processes to ensure the reliability, security, performance, and data integrity of collaboration applications and platforms.
Monitor and analyze usage metrics, user feedback, performance data, and data insights to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
