Overview
The Entertainment Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by overseeing all entertainment operations within each venue. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, Event creation and guest services, ensuring that all entertainment offerings are executed seamlessly and meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing events, coordinating with performers, and ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging entertainment programmes that cater to diverse audiences.
Manage operations of entertainment activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
Coordinate with performers, artists, and vendors when required to facilitate successful events.
Oversee guest services during events, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming events and enhance visibility within the community.
Maintain budgets for entertainment activities, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
Train and supervise staff involved in entertainment operations, fostering a positive team environment.
Evaluate the success of events through guest feedback and attendance metrics, making improvements as necessary.
Manage a small team of event planners, growing their knowledge and developing them within their role.
Experience

Proven experience in hospitality, Event planning or guest services is essential, with a strong understanding of managing events in an entertainment setting.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and performers alike.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when planning events and activities.
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
