Job Summary:
We are seeking candidates within the geographical range of Federal Way, WA to Lynnwood, WA for a Field-based Technician role. This position involves installation and service of dental technology and equipment in practitioners' offices with a focus on excellence in customer service.
Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Provide repair and installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain necessary tools and have them readily available for installation and repair services.
Manage inventory levels in the van.
Attend required training sessions.
Comply with OSHA regulations as outlined in the OSHA manual and training.
Maintain and use personal protective equipment when needed.
Communicate timely information to necessary personnel and dispatchers.
Inform customers on proper care and maintenance and advise on troubleshooting procedures.
Complete work orders in a timely manner and submit job-related paperwork within required timeframes.
Comply with fleet management policies, including maintenance and accident management.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Meet company standards for quantity and quality of work performed continuously.
Perform all work-related tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures, including Worldwide Business Standards.
Physical Activities:
This position requires delivering, installing, and repairing equipment involving customers. Technicians will need to maneuver large equipment as necessary. The physical nature of this position may require substantial or repetitive bending, stooping, and lifting at times.
Compensation:
The expected starting base salary range for this position is $62,357 - $+3,536. Factors influencing employee pay include education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. Eligibility for a bonus/incentive/commission may apply subject to plan achievement.
