Our client is a well-established business within the Financial Services sector experiencing continued success and growth. Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an experienced ER professional to lead and establish critical programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Partner, and partnering with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for leading and establishing critical projects and programs in a complex environment. You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance and ensuring compliance with the industrial relations framework, Enterprise Agreement and ensuring the organisations legislative obligations are met through any ER/IR work that is undertaken.
What you will bring
To be successful, you will have solid experience in Employee/ Industrial Relations with exposure within Banking, Financial sector. You will be a commercial thinker with a strong understanding of HR strategy and the ability to think broadly and innovatively. Tertiary qualifications specialising in Employee/ Industrial Relations / HR or related discipline is preferred.
