The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
You will work closely with the event team to ensure seamless coordination, from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up
Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support
Help with venue selection, booking, and setup
Maintain and update event timelines, checklists, and budgets
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth operations
Support registration, ticketing, and guest list management
Assist in the preparation of event materials, such as invitations, signage, and promotional materials
Respond to inquiries from participants, vendors, and sponsors in a timely manner
Help manage social media and marketing initiatives for events
Perform post-event follow-up, including surveys, reports, and debriefs
