Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
0-2 years of work experience in Event Planning or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
Must have excellent follow up skills and sense of urgency
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Up to 20% travel required
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus

A successful coordinator will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously
Responsibilities include meeting with sales team to work out event details, plan with the event organizer and coordinate product and event material shipping to and from shows
The Event Coordinator is also responsible for planning and maintaining an events calendar for the year and filling out and submitting event registration forms
Maintaining a working relationship with the sales team and outside events
Working within Aventri to setup event registration sites and SalesForce for event validation
Work with different event scheduling apps such as TeamUp and Attendify
Anticipating and planning for possible different scenarios
Understanding the complex needs of different events, and vendors
Planning event aspects, such as sponsorship vendors, show logistics, budgets and forecasting
Help in planning and executing our annual National Sales Meeting
Submitting invoices and event applications in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive reports
