Sales Bizlabi s looking for an organized and creative Event Coordinator to manage and oversee the planning and execution of company events. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from logistics and vendor management to marketing and guest relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute company events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and corporate meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event details are managed effectively
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure all financial goals are met
• Select and negotiate with vendors for event services such as catering, entertainment, and transportation
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly
• Handle attendee registration, manage guest lists, and respond to inquiries
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the success of each event
• Maintain a calendar of events and ensure all deadlines and schedules are met
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
