Position Available
Event Coordinator
The Role
Based at Fink Head Office in Surry Hills, you will join our events team and be responsible for coordinating events across the restaurants in the group. From enquiry and quoting stage, through to hand over to the restaurant operations team on the day of the event, you will ensure all event guests are provided with the highest of service standards throughout the event coordination process.
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Events Coordinator role, ideally within the restaurant industry
A supreme guest focus and solution driven approach
Ability to manage event bookings of varying complexity, across multiple venues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with high work volume
Professionalism at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Thoroughness and attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Skilled in establishing rapport with guests
A team player; contributing to and assisting co-workers without prompting
Strong administration skills and high level knowledge of Microsoft Office
