To find out more information about our work, visit joshtalks.comRole Summary:As an Events Executive, you will play a key role in organising and managing a variety of events for our partners and internally for the organisation from corporate conferences to on-ground workshops and networking sessions. You will be responsible for handling event logistics, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and ensuring the seamless execution of events from start to finish. This role requires a forward-thinking approach, attention to detail, and strong organisation and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and align with the event objectives.Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and staying within the allocated budget.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to achieve the best outcomes.Logistics Management: Oversee logistical details including venue setup, audio-visual requirements, catering, registration, and on-site event management.Audience Engagement: Assist in gathering audiences and creating strategies for pre-event, on-site, and post-event engagement, including social media, email campaigns, and attendee communication.Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise before or during events, making quick decisions to ensure successful outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 1-2 years of experience doing events.
