Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Event Manager. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing various company events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings. Your role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of each event.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in event management or related fields
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of event management software and tools
Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English languages
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of company events, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and catering
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
Prepare event timelines, schedules, and detailed plans
Manage event logistics, such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials
Oversee the registration process and handle attendee inquiries
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in event management
