Job Title: Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced event manager to help our clients plan and execute memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and process client requirements with precision.
Prepare detailed presentations, budgets, and event timelines.
Liaise and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal deals.
Oversee production planning and event logistics.
Manage the entire event production process from setup to execution.
Maintain smooth client servicing and foster long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as an event manager.
Ability to solve problems on the spot and manage high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other event management tools.
Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
