Job Summary:
Della Adventure & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, managing client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and adventure-based activities.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all event elements align with their expectations.
Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Operations, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
Handle on-site event management, overseeing logistics, setup, and breakdown.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to procure necessary event materials.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining event quality.
Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain event documentation, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities related to events.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during event execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per event schedules.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum Job Experience:
1-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the hospitality industry
