Roles and Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and Accurate way.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Follow up with customer to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer complaints
Desired Candidate Profile
• Both Graduate and Undergraduate can apply
• Must be ok with Work from Office
• Should be okay with voice process.
• Good English communications is required
• Must be fully Vaccinated.
• Can join Immediately.
• Working Days: 6 days
• Rotational Shifts
