Hiring Executive Assistant (Female) to MD :-
The candidate should have command over English language and good typing speed.
Perform office duties / independent correspondence and liaisioning.
To take dictation in shorthand, handle correspondence & reports.
Operate computers & transcribe dictated material.
Perform variety of Secretarial & Administrative duties as assigned.
Should have 2-6 years of experience as an Assistant or Secretary to the MD / who has worked as an Office Coordinator in a large group.
Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
Location : Jaipur
Skills : MS-Office (Excel / Word), Stenography
Salary : Upto 35K (MTH) (Depending on Experience)
