Role Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the social services sector, along with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset to contribute to marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our organization's initiatives and programs.
• Manage social media accounts and content creation, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with our audience.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects related to community outreach, fundraising campaigns, and events.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, marketing coordinator, or project manager, preferably within the social services sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
