Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Conduct research and compile data for various projects
Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls
Assist with event planning and coordination
Maintain confidential files and records
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
