About the Division
The School Provision and Establishment Division leads strategic oversight of programs and services that have a strong interface between the Schools and Regional Services Group and the Victorian School Building Authority. The division's key functions include planning to meet Victoria's growing student population, end-to-end support for establishing new schools, and developing equitable enrolment policies.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support for the Executive Director and the wider division, such as high-level diary and email management, coordination and business support services, and maintaining stakeholder relationships, record keeping and coordination of briefings, correspondence and other ad hoc information requests.
The position provides a lead role in coordinating the division's functions and business activities the division's executive and management team. The role requires discretion to maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships.Attributes
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, including the capacity to manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. They will also be highly motivated, organized and possess a high level of attention to detail.
