Your role:
As the Executive Assistant to the Divisional Director at Anglicare Victoria South Division, we encourage you to truly make this role your own.
In addition to managing the daily tasks and responsibilities, your contributions will extend far beyond supporting just one person; you will become an invaluable asset to our entire Division. Your proactive nature, swift learning capabilities, unwavering willingness to assist wherever needed, and your exceptional technical proficiency as an Executive Assistant are qualities that will undoubtedly enrich our team.
Make your mark:
Exceptional diary management skills.
Pro-active, highly organised and flexible approach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to take minutes.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and a down to earth collaborative working style.
The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, anticipate needs and organise yourself and others to generate the best outcomes.

The full-time total remuneration package is $103,+58.+0
Salary packaging is available up to $15,+00 plus an entertainment card to maximise your earnings.
Work from our great office space in Dandenong or Frankston.
