We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual for the role of Executive Assistant to the NSW Executive Managing Director at CBRE. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the role:
Provide high quality Executive Assistant support to our NSW EMD
Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and ad hoc financial administration
Distribute key communications from the NSW EMD office in a timely and effective manner
Manage the NSW function budget, events calendar, small and large staff events, and key client events
Work independently and with committees to arrange events in line with budgets
Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.
About you:
An executive level EA with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment
Event planning and coordination experience - someone with strong attention to detail and who loves events and likes making them feel special
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise
Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs.
