The Role and the Team

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced Executive team due to growth. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting our C-suite to help them stay organised, focused, and one step ahead. You’ll manage schedules, meetings, and key priorities, to enable us to drive our mission of making heroes happy.

What You’ll Do

Keeping our C-suite organised with seamless diary management, meeting coordination across multiple time zones, and inbox management
Owning travel planning from start to finish – from train tickets to international flights and accommodation
Preparing meetings that run like clockwork, including preparing agendas and documents to room setup and refreshments
Taking clear, actionable minutes and ensuring follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks
Supporting key projects and events, from team offsites to all-company gatherings
Managing expenses and submitting reports to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
Acting as a go-to support for the wider leadership team, handling a variety of admin tasks with efficiency and discretion
Jumping in on ad-hoc projects and requests – no two days are the same!
What You’ll Bring

Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite or Senior Leadership Teams, with a clear understanding of what great EA support looks like
A confident communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels, manage external partners, and represent the exec team with professionalism
Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive – able to juggle priorities, work at pace, meet tight deadlines, and stay one step ahead
Tech-savvy and always looking for smarter ways to work; confident using Microsoft Office, with experience of tools like project management platforms or AI assistants a bonus
Creative and resourceful – whether you're pulling together a board pack, arranging a team offsite or managing hospitality, you bring polish and flair
A trusted pair of hands who always exercises discretion, keeps things confidential, and lives our values in everything you do
Flexibility to travel to either our Leicester or London offices as needed (likely monthly)
Experience of working in a similar industry or high growth companies would be beneficial
Our Culture

Our mission is simple – make heroes happy. Our members are the real-life heroes who keep us all safe, cared for, and thriving. It’s what gets us up in the morning and pushes us to go further, think bigger, and create something that truly matters. By focusing on their happiness, we create amazing experiences, deliver unrivalled discounts, innovative products, and world-class service.

We don’t just follow the usual path - we look for smarter, bolder ways to deliver real impact. We take ownership, move fast, and work shoulder to shoulder to build something special.

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels they belong. Different perspectives and experiences help us grow, innovate, and better reflect the communities we serve.

We promote hybrid working, and value in-person collaboration so encourage time in our offices, where you can make the most of our fully stocked snack drawers – either the HQ in Leicestershire, or London, Holborn office. The frequency and office location will vary depending on the role and team, we aim to be flexible, but we aren’t able to offer fully remote working.
