Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize business and personal schedules, bookings, and appointments.
• Handle business correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and assist in decision-making processes.
• Run personal errands, manage household matters, and personal finance.
• Arrange business and personal travel, including visa arrangements and accommodation.
• Manage Director's personal payments.
• Manage Director's personal files and entire Insurance too.
• All admin and assistant work of Director.
• Provide office support services to ensure efficiency.
• Manage Import & Export Documentation.
• Coordinate with Bankers for important Tasks.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment & services.
• Schedule appointments and meetings and manage travel arrangements.
• Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. Experience as a Personal Assistant would be a bonus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and well-versed with digital technologies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility
