The role
The Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant for a temporary 4 months with the potential to extend, to provide high-level administrative, coordination, and business support services to our Executive Directors and their teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our Corporate Services function, including facilities and records management, as well as onboarding and offboarding activities. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively will be crucial in supporting our mission to build a stronger future for Western Sydney.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative and business coordination services. This includes managing financial support, travel arrangements, and human resource support, as well as coordinating diary appointments, meetings, and committees. You will also ensure the accurate management of records and databases, support meeting setups, and provide professional responses to inquiries. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency that the BDA is known for.

What you will bring to the role
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and take the initiative to progress and deliver work efficiently.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to ensure understanding with internal and external stakeholders.
Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment.
Utilise available technologies to maximize efficiencies and support the implementation of systems improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent and effective approach to administrative support.
Maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
