Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE


Provides confidential administrative support to Chief Financial Officer in establishing, managing and implementing processes for divisional administrative staff to improve effectiveness of administrative services provided. Develops and manages Annual budget for Office of CFO and ensures timely preparation & delivery of periodic Committee & Board reports. Coordinates presentations and communication materials for the CFO, provides support by organizing and participating in events & meetings (including virtual & hybrid), and supports the CFO in preparation for meetings; Works collaboratively with other executive assistants and provides support to the other TL executive offices when required. Acts as a lead in managing, storing, and archiving data and information across the division.
