Naapbooks Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant for our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist in the execution of HR strategies, and ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations. This role is critical in supporting our HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Assist the HR Manager with daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including employee records, contracts, and compliance reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Recruitment Assistance:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the talent acquisition team by managing job postings and screening resumes.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and conduct initial candidate communication.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help manage employee feedback and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations:
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Help maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Knowledge of HRMS systems is a plus.
