Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication on behalf of executives.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support in managing deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and other key activities.
Maintain filing systems and documentation with high attention to detail.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
