Are you an exceptionally organized and experienced Executive Assistant ready to support a dynamic executive team? This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within a fast-growing organization. You will provide top-notch administrative support to C-level executives and manage a variety of tasks to help leadership focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Coordinate and oversee executives' schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Communication: Serve as the primary contact for executives, handling and responding to communications.
• Administrative Support: Manage emails, correspondence, reports, expenses, and maintain accurate records.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials and ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings.
• Project Assistance: Support strategic projects with task management, research, and deadline tracking.
• Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including creating detailed itineraries.
• Gatekeeping: Prioritize and manage requests to help executives stay focused.
• Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks and appointments as needed.
• Event Management: Create initial event plans and coordinate with external vendors and event planners.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues to maximize executive productivity.

Requirements
• Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a similar field preferred but not required.
• Experience: 2-4 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Skills: Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com).
• Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and independent work style.
