Executive Assistant to COO

POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with COO
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of COO
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the COO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the COO's time and office
• Serve as a liaison between the COO and the Steering Committee members; organize and coordinate executive outreach and oversee special projects
• Handle a broad variety of administrative tasks for COO, managing calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; preparing travel plans, itineraries and agendas
• Work closely and effectively with COO to keep him/her well informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as 'barometer', having a sense of the issues taking place in the organization and keep the COO updated
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the COO's ability to effectively lead the company
Person Profile:
• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High customer orientation
• Extremely well versed with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint &; Word)
• Analytical and Creative Mindset
• Having good judgement in ambiguous situations
• Having good multitasking ability and organizing skills
• Attention to Detail
