Executive Assistant to Head Of Sales

Looking for a young professional to support the Head of Sales in building a high performing growth team at a high impact AgriTech startup

What you will do
• Support the co-founder and head of sales in building a high performing growth team
• Collect and analyse operations data to help head of sales makes decisions
• Work with different regional/functional teams in tracking performance
• Participate in meetings, workshops and follow up on actionables
• Prepare presentations/proposals for external meetings with partners
• Travel to different offices to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
• Manage schedule and communications of head of sales in the company
• Extend support to other members of the leadership team as and when needed

Ideal persona

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Experience must include data analysis experience and writing experience - making presentations and proposals
• Experience must include some operations work on the ground rather than just HQ / desk work.

Attitudes
• People skills - will have to lead people at different levels without authority
• Willingness to work on the ground along with the team to learn
• Root cause thinker - someone who can identify challenges quickly
