Job Description

Chartered Speed Limited is hiring for Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in Ahmedabad.

We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in driving our mission forward.

This position will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. You will manage the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinate key meetings and communications with stakeholders, and handle various administrative tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes. Coordinate for the operations review and periodic updates.
• Administrative Support: Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Project Assistance: Assist with special projects as required, providing research, analysis, and coordination to support the Managing Director’s objectives.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knack for technical & innovation.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism. Multilingual is an added advantage.
• Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Technical/ Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
