We are looking for someone to fill the role of Personal Assistant who can assist and report to CEO/ founder and help improve productivity. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain company data files (contract, studies, report)
• Collaborate with Executive team, clients and vendors
• General administration and management of highly confidential information and files
• Typing – correspondence, reports, minutes
• Extensive telephonic duties and interaction with clients and vendors, screening of calls and requests for

meeting
• Timely administration
• Arranging offices, access to building and team events if required
• To professionally assist the company at sector networking events
• Managing CEO’s personal as well as professional timetable.
• Assist CEO at events and meetings
• Maintain employees leave records
• Lastly, being the first point of contact and key liaison for the office

Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Graduate degree
• Prior experience in secretarial work preferably in the financial sphere
• Excellent communication skills at a professional level
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Professional discretion
• Well-developed organisational skills

• Excellent communication and listening skills (both verbal and written)
