Responsibilities
• Prepare Appointment Letters & Completing Joining Formalities & making Employee File
• Document verification with original documents at the time of Joining
• Creating Employee data base in Payroll & creating Emp. Id
• Bio metrics management,
• Payroll Management (Salary Administration & Statutory Compliance (Wages Register Form A B C D E, EPF Challan, PT Challan, CLRA Act,)ESIC, GLWF, Worker Compensation)
• Uniform & Visiting Card & Id Card Preparation
• Sharing of Wage Register to Sites, as per Manpower list along with EPF Challan, ECR Statement & Bank Statement)
• Update Employee Contact list & Emails
• Seating Arrangement of new Staff & IT Allocations
• Cafeteria Management
• Monitoring Day – to – Day staff Biometric attendance.
• Absenteeism Monitoring and Reporting
• Staff Welfare, Event Management
• Travel Management (travel & Hotels, Train & Bus)
• Printing & Stationery
• Courier & Cargo Management
• Housekeeping Inspection
• Petty Cash Management
• Invoice Entry in ERP – Services & Material (HO Based)
• Verification of Bills (employee Tour & Travel, Taxi, Regular Vendors) related to HO & further submission to HO Accounts Team
• F & F Settlement
• Vendor Management (EPBAX, Airtel, Electricity, Coffee, Courier, Water Purifier, Fire Extinguisher, Housekeeping Materials)

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Payroll Experience mandatory
• ·Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook) & Payrolls, ERP Systems.
• Bachelors in human resources.
• MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Payroll Administration & Excellent General Administration
