Executive, Strategic Consulting

What this job involves
You will be part of the JLL Valuation Advisory Team handling the advisory services in JLL. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Consulting. The role would primarily involve supporting delivery solutions with research and analysis, preparations of reports and presentations, client representations, site visits, financial modelling in order to streamline and effectively manage the deliveries for the Regional and Pan India business. Through this role, we intend to strengthen the client relationship, revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company.

Work Experience
Requires 2-5 years of work experience in real estate sector - consulting & advisory services

Team work
You will have to interact and coordinate with multiple internal city/regional teams to drive client deliverables. You will also be working closely with our internal business verticals to leverage our services and ensure we build long-term knowledge leadership and profitability with our clients. Additionally, you will also be working with JLL management team to help improve processes and establishing it internally. You would also support the Business Development team with proposals and opportunities with the various clients/fund houses. Collect and disseminate actionable market intelligence among the team through regular interaction with clients and developers.
