Experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking world-class talent! Are you looking to provide excellent customer service in our brand new, state-of-the-art dental office? We are seeking an experience administrative staff for our front office. Future potential to advance to a leadership or managerial position. Required 3+ years experience working in a dental office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or complaints
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience working in a dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
