MRT is taking its next steps in its national growth campaign, and is seeking an experienced 4WD Sales Consultant who has a strong knowledge of all things 4x4 and a passion for delivering quality service. Now is the right time to be joining the MRT Team.
This role is ideal suited to someone already working in the automotive aftermarket / 4WD accessories industry who is looking to bring their customer service and sales skills into a highly respected business with exciting growth plans.

The Role We are now looking to add an skilled and experienced Sales executive to our team, seeking a new staff member who prides themselves in their ability to build rapport with customers, make the customer journey a memorable experience, and committed to going the extra mile to ensure that once the job is finished the customer will be back again and recommending us to friends and family.
Key Responsibilities
At MRT, we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in person, over the phone, and online. Therefore as part of a Customer Sales team, your key focus includes:
Answer sales calls and process emails from retail, trade and dealership customers in a timely and polite manner.
Complete quotations accurately and with a sense of urgency.
Attend to customers visiting our showroom.
Ensure that exceptional customer service standards are achieved and maintained.
Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm. 1/2 day Alternate Saturday’s 9am-1pm

About You
Sales skills within the automotive or similar industry considered favourable. An energetic, enthusiastic attitude is essential.
An excellent communicator
Good computer skills
Automotive industry knowledge or experience.
Ability to plan, organise and be results oriented
Able to work autonomously as well as assisting other team members, ensuring our team presents a united front.
Best Yet if you have …
experience in the 4WD scene.
an understanding of the range of accessories available on the market currently for 4WD's.
and/or some 4WD driving or touring experience within Australia.
