Our core business is owning, developing and managing commercial office buildings, however we have diversified significantly in recent years to include assets that contribute to mixed-use precincts like retail and hospitality. Precinct has recently advanced our living strategy through an increased ownership of multi-unit residential developments, as well as purpose-built student accommodation.

Our precincts are designed with people-centric outcomes in mind, to create multi-use hubs that empower our communities to lead more connected, fulfilled, and meaningful lives.
