Duties:
Transport movement, parking arrangement & fuel for transport.Conducting workers orientation for the newly joined workers.Giving awareness training to workers.Ensuring all workers are given a uniform, ID card, shoe keeping box & these are maintaining properly.Monitoring all the works of subordinates.Overall safety & security matter of the zoneCanteenAll furniture and fixtures.The overall discipline of the factory.Monitoring recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.Preparing compliance documentMaintaining all necessary documents, licenses, files, etc.Designing HR. Dept.Developing several kinds of policy i.e. rules & regulations working hours, child labour, forced labour, non-discrimination, harassment & abuse, security, environment, etc.Manpower planningDealing with disciplinary matters.Dealing with labour / IR issuesDeveloping admin manual and implementation.Developing internal control tools & procedures.Recruiting national experts, headhunting, negotiating, accomplishing contracts.Overall looking at the safety & security matters of the company.Training for workers and staff development.Overall HR, Admin & compliance related matter handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
