We’re seeking a Family Lawyer with at least 2 years post-supervision experience who is confident managing files autonomously and is ready for a hybrid role based in Melbourne.

About the Role
As a member of our dynamic, client-first team, you’ll manage your own family law matters, contribute to strategic case planning, and help drive positive outcomes for clients. This is a hybrid role, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work, with flexibility built around performance and self-management.
To help you thrive, we’ve established five clear billable KPIs that keep expectations transparent and achievable:
Your 5 Billable KPIs:
Monthly Target: Minimum of 80 billable hours per month, bonuses paid
File Progression: Demonstrated momentum across all files with measurable actions logged weekly.
Client Conversion: Strong engagement-to-conversion ratio on new leads (75% conversion target).
Time Recording Discipline: 100% daily time capture compliance with weekly reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
