The firm regularly appears in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court in property and parenting matters and its client base includes mums and dads, same-sex couples, high-net-worth individuals, business people, celebrities and sporting professionals
Key Responsibilities
Running property and parenting matters.
Appearing in directions hearings, mentions, conciliation conferences, and mediations.
Preparing court and other relevant documents for directions hearings, interim hearings, conferences, and final hearings.
Briefing and instructing counsel for interim and final hearings.
Preparing Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, and Child Support Agreements.
Conducting mediations and other alternative dispute resolution events.
Working independently on family law matters and co-operatively on more complex family law matters.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 3 years PAE exclusively or principally in Family Law since admission, accrued in reputable Sydney CBD-based firms
Detail-oriented, thorough and a demonstrable passion for your work
