Family Office Accountant

Powdermill Financial Solutions, a WSFS Company, is a boutique multi-family office for ultra-high net worth families, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives. The Family Office Accountant will be able to manage several relationships for high-net-worth families and serve as the primary contact overseeing all aspects of the client's tax, financial and administrative affairs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and work with client advisors creating financial, tax and wealth transfer planning strategies for families and trusts and provide support for the implementation and administration of those strategies.
• Quarterly financial statement preparation, tax planning and reporting.
• Interact, coordinate and work with outside tax professionals, asset managers, bankers and attorneys.
• Handle one-off financial and administrative requests.

The position is supported by one or more administrative staff and is located in Centreville, Delaware.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• CPA strongly preferred, but not required.
• Must have experience in tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
• Must have experience in tax preparation of individual, trust, partnership and corporate returns.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Must have strong analytical and independent problem-solving ability.
• Must have strong ability to be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to function independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic and positive, proactive attitude.
