Job description
Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is excited to invite applications for the position of Engineering Technician in our Aerospace Manufacturing division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organization that has proudly served the industry for over 30 years!

Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze test results and compile data for clarity and review.
• Assist engineering teams in data review (SPC), identifying areas for corrective action.
• Maintain precise documentation and reports post-analysis.
• Follow internal specifications and procedures meticulously.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by seeking both internal and external process enhancements using SPC and DOE techniques.
• Prepare technical notes and reports addressing process improvements and reduction of variations.
• Apply A3 problem-solving methodologies and PDCA for effective problem resolution.
• Adhere to all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Availability for overtime work as required.
• Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: AS degree in Math, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; relevant industry experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Investment Casting is preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: None required.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Must be able to read and understand technical specifications and procedures.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Experience with Solidworks is a plus.
